Write the point of view first
Give the writing process a position, not merely a topic. State what the audience believes today, what you want them to understand and what evidence supports the change. A useful brief includes language the customer uses, examples you can substantiate and claims you must avoid. This is where creative strategy matters more than generating another set of headlines.
Use constraints that protect character
Define how the brand sounds in a product explanation, a complaint response and a campaign. Avoid vague instructions such as premium or engaging. Supply examples and explain the choices behind them. AI can then help explore structure or alternatives while a human editor checks meaning, accuracy and tone.
Review for added value
Google warns that generating many pages without adding value can violate its scaled-content policies. The practical response is to publish material with a useful contribution: a worked example, a clear decision framework or experience from a real project. A marketing expert in India should be able to distinguish helpful context from a list of keywords.
Build a repeatable review
Keep research sources beside the draft. Check dates, names, numerical claims and links. Remove sentences that could belong to any competitor. Finally, connect the article to a relevant service or case study only where it helps the reader. Publishing faster becomes worthwhile when the standard stays consistent.
